Her financial advisor told her the savings would last her 6 to 9 months in India. She did cash in her 401k to move to India, and it was $6000. I used to like watching them, but not so much anymore Sorry about my long rant! lol □ But the Jenny & Sumit storyline is getting old, & annoying. She has to let him do something with his life at some point. I am glad that Sumit wants to work, & got a job. This is not going to end well if they continue to live their lives like this. At least they do on camera, most of the time. I agree, they do come off as miserable to me as well. I don’t think I’ve noticed it before this season, but she’s very controlling towards him. She can’t take it if he’s out there having fun without her. I was shocked when she told him that if he comes home drunk, then there’s going to be problems. That’s going to get old quick! And it probably already has. Was she really expecting him to not work at all, the next 30 years or so? Does she just want to sit next to him all day, & talk about the same things over & over again, for the next 30 years? Because it’s going to be the same, Jenny: “your parents hate me”, & Sumit: “I just want my parents to love me”, conversations. I just don’t understand how she was so shocked that he wants to get up & do things. Not many 33 year olds want to just lounge around all day, & do nothing with their wife, every moment. When I’m 63 I might be lazy too, but she chose to marry a man half her age. She’s 63, so she should know by now what to do to occupy herself when she’s alone. They spend every minute together! Eventually they will get sick of each other, if they haven’t yet already. The look on her face when he told her that he wanted to go back to work, was really concerning. Jenny really does complain, ALL! OF! THE! TIME! What bothers me is that she seems like she doesn’t know how to function alone.
